Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions a family makes. At Bridgeway Christian Academy, our enrollment process is designed to be clear, relational, and unhurried—focused on alignment, readiness, and partnership rather than pressure.

STEP ONE - INITIAL INQUIRY

Learn About Bridgeway

Families are encouraged to explore our website, academic philosophy, and program offerings before beginning the enrollment process. Understanding our model helps set clear expectations and supports long-term success.

STEP TWO - CAMPUS TOUR

Visit In-Person

Campus tours allow families to:

  • Visit classrooms and learning spaces
  • Meet members of our leadership team
  • Ask questions about academics, culture, and student life
  • Experience the Bridgeway environment in action


Tours provide an opportunity to see how our academic model and community come together daily.

STEP THREE - APPLY ONLINE

Submit Your Application

After their Campus Tour, families may complete the online application. (*A tour is not required to submit an application)


The application includes:

  • Student information and academic background
  • Parent insight questions
  • Records or assessments as appropriate for grade level


Applications are reviewed holistically, with an emphasis on readiness and fit.

STEP FOUR - FAMILY INTERVIEW

We Can't Wait To Meet You!

All families participate in a family interview after submitting their student application. This conversation allows us to:

  • Learn more about your child’s strengths, interests, and learning style
  • Understand your educational goals and expectations
  • Discuss how Bridgeway can best support your family


This step is relational, not evaluative—it helps ensure mutual alignment.

STEP FIVE - ENROLLMENT DECISION

Final Enrollment Evaluation

Following application review, families are notified of an enrollment decision. If accepted, families will receive:

  • Enrollment confirmation
  • Tuition and payment information
  • Onboarding and orientation details


Enrollment is confirmed once required agreements and deposits are completed.

STEP SIX - ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION

Welcome To Bridgeway!

Once all enrollment requirements have been evaluated, families will receive an official enrollment confirmation from Bridgeway Christian Academy. This confirmation secures your child’s place for the upcoming school year and marks the beginning of our your student's journey at Bridgeway.


Following confirmation, families will receive:

  • Class placement details
  • Orientation and onboarding information
  • Access to school communications and resources
  • Key dates and next steps to prepare for the start of the year
  • Access to our Parent Portal


At this stage, your student is fully enrolled, and our team begins preparing to support them academically, socially, and spiritually from day one.
